Equipment Parts Manufacturing

Step 1.This is the start of the process. Customers can choose any color for the plastic parts of the machine. 

Step 2. We equip many plastic injection machines in our factory. Use plastic injection molding technique to molding the plastic parts of the fitness equipment.

Step 3. Cut the steel tube into different sizes of pipes.

Step 4. Bend the pipes to form steel parts using in the handle and the base.

Step 5: Welding process is the procedure welding many parts together.

Step 6. The steel parts are going through a process of color spray and protective materials. 

Assembly & Packing & Delivery

Step 7.The steel material is prepared before processing and forming.  

Step 8. The machine parts are assembled, we are able to assemble hundreds of machines each day. 

Step 9. The assembling floor is ready for manufacturing last stage, and products also go through intense quality control. 

Step 10. Put every necessary part into the carton and pack.

Step 11. Do the examination once again to assure we can provide our customer the best quality fitness equipment.

Step 12.We put most effort and thought to make sure all parts are placed correctly and the packing is strong enough to protect the machine. 

Step 13.The machines are packed and getting ready for shipment. 

Step 14.Loading of the container. Extra spare parts are added to the shipment. 

Step 15.Shipping out of the factory.
